Parkville is a wonderful area, located in the Heart of Baltimore County, the area is an excellent hub for access to many popular tourism destinations. Parkville is just a short drive to historic Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C. and Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.

The Parkville Maryland real estate market is stable and growing; the average family home will cost around $210,000. Most neighborhoods are well established but there is new construction of Parkville real estate.

As of the Cencus of 2000, there were 31,118 people, 13,044 households, and 8,243 families residing in Parkville, Maryland.
